Delivery    Service

Delivery Time Once you have placed the order and completed payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm order details. Items with stocks in warehouse will be delivered to the provided shipping address within 7 business days.

Locations outside major city areas may require an additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Outside major city areas include but are not limited to: Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Shek O, Sai Kung (Outside Tai Mong Tsai Road), Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Lam Tsuen Yuen Long, Lam Tsuen Tai Po, Lion Rock, Kam Shan, Kam Shan, Tai Lam, Pat Sin Leng. Delivery times may be longer depending on local delivery situation and unexpected circumstances.

We cannot make delivery to some areas, which include but are not limited to: Lantau Island (Except Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok Airport), Tai O, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Tung Ping Chau, Crooked Island (Kat O), Grass Island, Tung Lung Chau, Po Toi, Lo Wu, Closed Area, Lok Ma Chau, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Sha Tau Kok.

We are also unable to accept expedited delivery.

Courier Services and Shipping Fee Shipping fee is charged on per item basis, and is quoted according to product's volume and weight. Shipping fee per item will be listed on the Product Information and Order Confirmation pages.

We will select and determine the best option from a pool of couriers for each order depending on your ordered items and shipping address.

If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate parcels, owing to varying delivery schedules of individual courier.

Extra cost may be charged for re-delivery due to buyers' negligence or mistakes.

Shipping Address We should sell and ship items only within Hong Kong for the time being. Delivery to a PO Box is also not accepted for security reasons.

We do not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order.

Please fill in the shipping address carefully. Extra delivery cost may be applied for re-delivery due to wrong shipping address.

Signature on Delivery All packages must be signed on delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery on site, you may consider shipping to someone you trust for signing the package. Please note that your packages may be left at reception or the Mail Room if delivered to office address.

Extra cost may be charged for re-delivery due to buyers' negligence or mistakes, and /or refusal to accept delivery for any reasons other than mistakened or damaged items.

Change of Shipping Address If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service. If your order is already in transit, extra delivery cost may be charged for second shipment.

Tracking Shipment You will get a shipment notice from e-mail or contact our Customer Service for the latest status of your order.

Missing or Damaging during Delivery If you encounter problems with your delivery, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible to minimize your inconvenience. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation. If you received damaged goods upon delivery, please call our Customer Service within 7 days to follow up.

In cases of defective item, we will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.
